The T&A Bourbon Founders Program ("Program") is a free pre-launch sign-up and referral program. By joining, you agree to these rules. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your standing.
You must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Bickett & Smith, Inc. and their immediate families are not eligible for Founder benefits.
Join with your name, email, and ZIP code to become a Founder and receive a unique referral link. Sharing your link and getting friends to join moves you up the Founders leaderboard. Referrals are counted when a referred person joins (and, going forward, confirms their email). Self-referrals, duplicate emails, automated, fraudulent, or disposable-email sign-ups will not be counted and may result in removal.
Founders receive: a permanent Founder number; a Founder's badge (on the Founders Wall and, where available, in the 5thPour app); early access to purchase products once legally available for sale; and the opportunity to vote on certain non-binding brand decisions.
The top 100 referrers on the Founders leaderboard have their names printed on a barrel head in Nelson County and are featured in T&A Bourbon videos. The top 10 referrers are additionally invited on set with Tracey and Andrew during a video production; travel and lodging are not included. Standing is determined by confirmed referrals as described in Section 5.
Benefits are promotional and have no cash value. No alcohol is given away, offered as a prize, or used as an inducement to join.
Displaying a username on the public leaderboard is optional and opt-in. A username is shown publicly only if you provide one and check the consent box. We never display your email address. You may request removal of your username at any time through our contact page.
Founders featured in content are selected by leaderboard standing — that is, by number of confirmed referrals. Ties go to the earlier signup. There is no random drawing. Selected Founders will be contacted by email and may be required to sign a release. Participation in content is voluntary; no one is required to appear.
Information you submit is used to operate the Program and to send you email updates, which you may unsubscribe from at any time. We do not sell your personal information. Email is managed through AWeber; see their privacy practices for details.
The Sponsor (Bickett & Smith, Inc., Nelson County, Kentucky) may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Program is not sponsored or endorsed by any social media platform.
